Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery or wrong product received or original equipment manufacturer defects.

2. Customer should notify us by email at info@fishontackle.in within 24 hours after the delivery with the order number and the photos of the product for reference.

3. Fish-On Tackle Store will not accept any request after 24 hours after delivery.

4. Fish-On Tackle Store will arrange courier if you have received incorrect product compared to the ordered product and replace it.

5. In case of non-availability of replacement product, coupon code of the product value will be sent to the customer once the item is returned and approved.

6. Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchase the product.

7. All the return items must be packed in the same box or package in a good condition with all the instruction manuals and warranty (if any).

8. Customer must request for return by using the same email address registered in our website.


Cancellation Policy

1. Fish-On Tackle Store will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

In-Store Pickup

For The Customers Who Can Visit Shop In Person Can Book The Order On Website And Choose Self-Pickup Option At Checkout. No Shipping Charges Will Be Added To The Cart Value.


Tracking your Order

Tracking Link Will Be Provided To Customers Via Whatsapp, Email Or Customers Check Their Order Status Via Logging In To Account On The Website.


FAQ

1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order


2. What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before

delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at or email us at mentioning your Order ID.


3. What if I am not available at the shipping address during the time of delivery?

A total of 3 Delivery attempts will be made to your address after which the package will be sent back to our registered office by the courier company. If the customer request re-delivery of the returned order, then the additional shipment charges have to be borne by the customer which will be duly intimated via email.
